Since July 1, 2017, IRM Integriertes Ressourcen Management Consulting und Services GmbH (formerly the IRM business of OpenLink International GmbH) is a member of the KISTERS Group.
Existing service and maintenance contracts continue to run unchanged in the KISTERS Group. We provide all market adjustments as usual, i.e. technically and regulatory requirements for the IRM software. We will continue the maintenance of the IRM software as before.
The IRM Client Support Desk is available as usual via telephone: +43 1 811 30 660.
For support inquiries the colleagues will be at your disposal under the e-mail address email@example.com or via the online portal https://support.irm.at.
You have the possibility to substitute your system by a KISTERS ETRM solution, thus benefiting from proven functions at a high level, continuous development and a large customer base. We will present our solution concept soon.
The multi-commodity-capable KISTERS ETRM solutions support front, middle and back office at energy suppliers and service providers, municipalities and energy-intensive industrial companies. The software provides structured procurement management (e.g. forecasting, energy disposition, schedule / balancing group management) as well as economic energy trading (e.g. portfolio / risk management including optimization, intraday cockpit, risk simulation, decision support).
All employees of the IRM are taken over into the KISTERS Group. This means that you can still contact your usual contact persons in the future.
KISTERS (more than 600 employees; head quarter in Aachen, Germany; numerous international subsidiaries) produces market-compliant, pioneering software solutions for the energy industry with its business areas of energy production, distribution, wholesale/retail and demand. The portfolio includes solutions for energy data management, portfolio management, forecasting, virtual power plant management, smart metering, smart grid/control technology/SCADA and lifecycle and asset management of plants and grids.
